Part of a plant based lifestyle is recognizing your responsibility in the overall health of yourself and your family. With this in mind we will explore how the use of herbs can strengthen the immune system, help heal minor abrasions, reduce stress, and improve the overall health.

Price is for individuals and couples. Please only register 1 member of the family. I must have the reservations in at least 3 days prior to the class or I will cancel the class.
