Plant based cooking is being recognized as one of the best ways to help preserve our planet, our health and our fellow inhabitants of this blue marble we live on. One of the biggest challenges for people who are just starting is often–what can I eat? We do everything we can to answer that question with lots of tips and recipes. So, join us starting in January.

This first class in this series introduces you to eating a plant based diet, helps you learn to plan meals, and set up a plant based kitchen.

The price for the entire series is $190.00 or you can attend just 1 class for $35.00. Please register on the individual class. Price is for individuals and couples. Please only register 1 member of the family. I must have the reservations in at least 3 days prior to the class or I will cancel the class.

This series of 6 classes will cover the following subjects:

January 6–Introduction to Healthy Plant based eating, meal planning,  and setting up a plant based kitchen

January 13–Soups, Stocks, and Sauces

January 20–Preparing, storing, and cooking fruits and vegetables

January 27–Cooking legumes, grains, nuts & seeds

February 3–Batch Cooking–for those who are time challenged

February 10–Plant based Desserts
